Short version: the encoder is free, runs in your browser and makes no claim on what you create. You are responsible for the images you use and for how you print and use the files.

1 · Who provides the service

2 · The service

Pointilex is a browser tool that converts an image into printable files (3MF, SVG, STL and HTML guides). Processing runs on your device; images are not uploaded. The service is offered free of charge, without an account, and may change, be suspended or end at any time.

3 · Your images and your output

You may only use images that you own, that are in the public domain, or that you have permission to use.
Pointilex claims no rights over the files you generate or the objects you print. If the source image is yours or in the public domain, you may use, share and sell your prints.
You must not use the service to infringe the rights of others or for unlawful content.

4 · Printing is your responsibility

The generated files are provided as they are. Print results depend on your printer, filament, slicer settings and environment. Check the preview and the slicer before printing. We are not responsible for failed prints, material consumption or damage to equipment arising from the use of the files, within the limits allowed by law.

5 · Content of this site

Texts, code, interface and images of this site, except public-domain artworks, belong to Chandralle. The printable masters published on MakerWorld are governed by the licence shown on each model page.

6 · Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer under Italian and EU law.

7 · Law and changes

These terms are governed by Italian law. We may update them; the date at the top shows the latest version. Personal data are covered by the privacy notice.

Pointilex è uno strumento nel browser che converte un'immagine in file stampabili (3MF, SVG, STL e guide HTML). L'elaborazione avviene sul tuo dispositivo; le immagini non vengono caricate. Il servizio è gratuito, senza account, e può cambiare, essere sospeso o terminare in qualsiasi momento.

3 · Le tue immagini e i tuoi file

Puoi usare solo immagini tue, di pubblico dominio o per cui hai l'autorizzazione.
Pointilex non rivendica diritti sui file generati né sugli oggetti stampati. Se l'immagine di partenza è tua o di pubblico dominio, puoi usare, condividere e vendere le stampe.
Non puoi usare il servizio per violare diritti altrui o per contenuti illeciti.

4 · La stampa è sotto la tua responsabilità

I file sono forniti così come sono. Il risultato dipende da stampante, filamento, impostazioni dello slicer e ambiente. Controlla l'anteprima e lo slicer prima di stampare. Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, non rispondiamo di stampe non riuscite, consumo di materiale o danni alle attrezzature derivanti dall'uso dei file.

5 · Contenuti del sito

Testi, codice, interfaccia e immagini del sito, escluse le opere di pubblico dominio, appartengono a Chandralle. I modelli pubblicati su MakerWorld seguono la licenza indicata nella pagina di ciascun modello.

6 · Responsabilità

Queste condizioni non limitano le responsabilità che la legge non consente di limitare, compresi i tuoi diritti di consumatore secondo la normativa italiana ed europea.
